I’d lived in a small town for many years and finding a fast and reliable internet connection was impossible, because that option simply wasn’t available. When I moved to a big city last year I still had issues with locating the right ISP, but this time it was because I had so many choices! After carefully considering my options, I ended up choosing At&t U-Verse.

When a company known for their honest reviews makes a claim like that, I believe them. To earn this ranking, customer service, the quality of their product and cost were all taken into consideration. Since those are the most important things to me as well, we were off to a good start.
Once I started looking into the options, I was really impressed. I was only shopping for high speed internet because I didn’t realize that I could actually get a package that offered me everything I wanted. I had every intention of ordering phone and television service and when I discovered I could get a package that combined these services, I was sold. Having a single bill to pay is so much easier than having to worry about sending out three checks every month.
I never had a DVR before, but now that I do, I wonder how I got along without it! Not only can I program my DVR to record my favorite shows, I can use my cell phone to set program recordings. Sometimes I’ll be out having dinner with a friend, they’ll mention a new show that’s coming on, and I can program my DVR to record it right then and there. I’ve discovered a lot of great shows this way that I wouldn’t have remembered, let alone set to record.
Lastly, I was happy with the price. Like I said, I came from a small town where I had spent my entire life. When you live in a town that has no competitors, prices get pretty steep. But now I’m getting 3 services for cheaper than what the provider in my small town was asking for one service. My experience overall has been terrific. I’m getting the services I need, the customer service from ATT Uverse has been great and I find the price to definitely be reasonable and affordable.
